This Armor Plate is designed to attach to your Hobie Pro Angler H-Rail and allow you to securley mount a rod holder, downrigger, whatever you can think of.  The H-Rail Armor Plate is pre-drilled to accept a Scotty 1010 Downrigger mount or one of many block style Rod holders such as Scotty, Stealth, and more.
